📚 Book Drive Initiative Join us this Easter as The Reading Circle partners with Akili Space to take stories to every child. We’re collecting books to give them a second life in the hands of new readers at the Kamiti Youth Correctional Centre. This drive is part of our ongoing effort to increase access to books and nurture a stronger reading culture within our communities. Every book donated brings us one step closer to building shared spaces of learning, imagination, and connection.
🤝 How You Can Contribute • Contribute towards the book drive. Send contributions to: Till No: 6606351 • Donate new or gently used books • All genres are welcome (fiction, non-fiction, children’s books, etc.) • Ensure books are in good, readable condition 📦 Drop-Off Details You can drop your books at the McMillan Memorial Library from 23rd March to 2nd April. All collected books will be sorted and distributed to the Kamiti Youth Correctional Centre Library. A single book can spark curiosity, provide comfort, or completely change how someone sees the world. Your contribution helps make that possible.
